RETURNS

We regret to inform you that due to the nature of our product, used candles are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. However, in the event that your candle sustains damage during transit, we kindly request that you provide us with a photograph showcasing the damage within 72 hours of delivery. Upon receiving the photograph, we will gladly arrange for a replacement candle to be sent to you. Please send the photograph to admin@livemajestic.com.

 

EXCHANGES

We understand the concerns of not being able to smell the candle before making a purchase. Therefore, once you have the opportunity to smell the candle before lighting it, if you wish to exchange it for a product of equal value, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery at admin@livemajestic.com. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning the candle to us.
